mellow fox ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on mellowfox.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We keep this simple on purpose: we're a small music project, not an ad network, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

When you sign up through the newsletter form (the "Digital Glade Gift" wallpaper offer), we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your country
• Any optional message you choose to include

We don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. The focus timer page (mellow fox focus) saves your session stats and task list in your browser's local storage only — that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Send you the free wallpaper pack you signed up for
• Send occasional updates: new releases, playlist features, and behind-the-scenes news

Email delivery

We use Resend to send these emails. Resend processes your name and email address on our behalf to deliver them. You can review Resend's own privacy practices at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links out to Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud, and embeds a SoundCloud player to power in-page playback. Interacting with those services is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours. We don't control what they collect.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. To request that we delete your information entirely, or if you have any other privacy question, just email us — see Contact below.

Children's privacy

mellow fox is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
